Wrecking Routinechallenging the daily grind through healthy living2 December 10, 2013 Holidays Baking is not my strong suit. I don’t have patience for dough to set, to carefully decorate cookies, or to eat lots of baked goods. That being said, all the cookies, cakes, and pies circulating on Pinterest  and blogs look amazing. I just feel a touch out of place since the furthest I go is using the sugar cookie press and throwing on sprinkles with my sisters. It’s a team effort and we’re all together catching up on life. That’s baking I can handle.Thankfully, I found a cookie that I can make on my own, takes about 10 minutes, and doesn’t warrant absurd amounts of butter and sugar.Easy Peasy Christmas CookiesIngredients:Directions1. Lay pretzels on a pan covered with tinfoil or parchment paper.2. Place an unwrapped hershey kiss in the center of each pretzel.3. Bake 4-5 minutes at 200 degrees.4. Take out of the oven and place a M&M in the center of each kiss. Push down slightly so the soften kiss will spread over the pretzel.5. Place in fridge to cool.6. Try not to eat all of them at once! This is the easiest recipe if you’re short on time, but still looking for some holiday “baking”. Plus, it would be a great, no mess, no fuss recipe to make with little kids.RQ: Do you bake a lot during the holidays? What is your favorite easy, minimal time holiday recipe? (I need ideas!)Welcome!
