Fasteners can be found in almost every industrial sector, for building construction, equipment manufacturing or automotive applications, where fasteners are an important assembly part. Screw and screw nut are the classic fasteners which have to last to high mechanical stress without getting damaged or any other defects. Gears must stand also high mechanical stresses. Modern gearboxes have to overcome this type of issues without any problem. In order to have high quality parts you also need high quality equipments. For manufacturing these elements, the product must go through several processes as the hardening process, the quenching and annealing process. We offer modern equipments and complete production lines from Asian manufacturers but also custom made equipments at competitive prices.Washing machine Hardening furnaceQuenching tank Continuous hot blast tempering furnace Double layer dyeing tank Capacity of the main furnace:Capacity of the quenching tank:Capacity of the continuous hot blast tempering furnace:Capacity of the dyeing tank: Crystec Technology Trading GmbH, Germany, www.crystec.com, +49 8671 882173, FAX 882177 We offer also endothermic gas generators, different types of feeding systems, ammonia cracking units, belt type furnaces, crucible type furnaces, car type furnaces, O2 measuring systems, gas yzing systems and many other equipments.Crucible type annealing furnacesApplication:Features:Specifications of the bell type furnace:Features:Our company is servicing the equipments, we offer complete solutions to our customers. Annealing is commonly used after casting, forging or other material processing routes to soften materials and minimise residual stresses, improve machineability and increase ductility by carefully controlling the microstructure. The primary purpose of annealing is to reduce the hardness of a material for subsequent machining. This process can be carried out at a variety of temperatures typically in the range 830°C to 960°C .A controlled temperature and cooling is also often necessary to ensure the correct material structure.Annealing can be applied to iron castings which exhibit chill. All metallic materials can be successfully annealed, including ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Please contact the following people for more information: David Wright- Production Director Click here to send an email James Menzies- Production Click here to send an email Leonard Powell- Technical Planner Click here to send an email Michael Emmott- Quotes/ Commercial Director Click here to send an email Ian Buxton- Business Development Manager Click here to send an email email@example.comKeighley Laboratories Ltd Croft House South Street Keighley West Yorkshire BD21 1EG UK Tel: +44 (0)1535 664211 Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
